How long do the prints take?

Each piece is made after you order it, and delivery takes 4 to 9 working days. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Will you tell me if my photo is not good enough?

Yes, before you pay. Every upload is checked against every print size, and any size that would print soft is removed from sale rather than offered with a warning. The exact pixel thresholds are published in the plane spotting photography guide.

Personalised prints are made to your specification, so the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). If a print arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we reprint or refund it, your choice, within 30 days.
